As one of the newest additions to the Style & Structure team, Sarah has already made a big impact—bringing fresh ideas, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep passion for creating stunning spaces that reflect each homeowner’s unique style.

In addition to her role at Style & Structure, Sarah continues to run her own interior design business, where she’s built a strong reputation for thoughtful, personalized design. Her dual role allows her to flex her creative muscles across a variety of projects, while also contributing to the structure, process, and design innovation at S&S. Her passion for helping homeowners—whether they’re remodeling or building from scratch—drives everything she does.

Her role goes far beyond just picking out beautiful finishes. Sarah is deeply involved in every stage of the design process, from early concept meetings to documenting and organizing the intricate details that make each home truly custom. She’s the one you’ll see taking meticulous notes during selection meetings, ensuring that every design choice is captured, communicated, and implemented seamlessly with our build and trade teams.

One of Sarah’s biggest contributions has been helping build out Style & Structure’s internal design database, a crucial tool that helps keep our process smooth, efficient, and stress-free for clients. Thanks to her work, selection meetings are more organized, timelines stay on track, and homeowners feel supported and confident from start to finish.

Sarah’s love for design started early—long before it became her profession. She always enjoyed decorating her own home and helping friends with theirs, finding joy in bringing a space to life. Turning that passion into a career has been a dream come true, and it shows in every detail of her work.

Sarah lives in Hudson, Wisconsin with her husband and their four energetic boys, who keep her schedule full and her heart even fuller. Their family stays active year-round with hockey in the winter and golf in the warmer months, spending weekends at the rink or out on the course. Sarah loves being a mom and soaking up every season of life with her crew.

When she’s not cheering from the sidelines or deep in design plans, you’ll likely find her and her husband enjoying a night out with friends, trying one of Hudson’s many great restaurants or just relaxing at home with a glass of wine and some much-needed quiet time.
