We’re excited to introduce the newest member of our Style & Structure family: Paul, who is stepping into the role of Job Site Supervisor. Paul brings a unique blend of experiences, passion, and values that make him a perfect fit for our growing team.
From Pastor to Builder
Paul’s journey into the building industry started in an unexpected place—his time as a Pastor in Minneapolis. When his church owned an older building that needed renovations, Paul found himself drawn to overseeing the project. That experience lit a spark. Soon after, he began doing home renovations of his own and realized just how much he loved the process of transforming spaces. With his passion for construction solidified, Paul took the leap to earn his builder’s license and has been creating custom homes ever since.
Life Outside of Work
When Paul isn’t at the job site, you’ll most likely find him with his wife, Lauryn, and their kids, Isaiah (7) and Israel (5). Family time is central to his life, whether it’s homeschooling their children, traveling to visit relatives in Oregon, or enjoying their favorite getaways to the North Shore, where they love being outdoors together.
Passion for Homebuilding
What excites Paul most about building homes is the creativity involved. Each new project is an opportunity to bring something unique to life, and he loves seeing a vision progress from paper to reality. He also values the collaborative spirit of construction—working alongside talented teams and homeowners to turn dreams into beautiful spaces.
A Few Things You Might Not Know
Paul has lived a life full of diverse experiences. One that surprises many is his service in the Army Airborne Infantry, where he began at age 19 and served for 4.5 years. That foundation of discipline, resilience, and teamwork continues to shape how he approaches his work and life today.
What Matters Most
Above all, Paul hopes to be remembered for his faith in Christ, his love for his family, and his dedication to his country. These values guide both his personal life and his professional work, and we couldn’t be more honored to have someone of his character join our team.
We’re thrilled to have Paul on board and can’t wait for our homeowners and partners to experience his leadership and creativity on the job site. Welcome to the team, Paul!
