Ayden, Style & Structure’s New Home Specialist, assists people in finding the perfect location to build their new homes. Along with helping clients find and purchase a lot, Ayden helps clients sell their current house. Ayden loves being able to play a part in making people’s dreams come true. She thinks it sounds a little bit “Disney”, but seeing clients’ reactions to their finished homes is definitely Ayden’s favorite part of her job.
Before S&S, Ayden was introduced to new construction through her own family’s experience. Her dad had built his career in construction, and her family faced a house fire several years ago. As they were rebuilding their home, Ayden got to see the processes up-close, and she discovered her love for new construction and seeing new homes come to life from the ground up.
While in college, Ayden briefly studied nursing, then education, but eventually decided to pursue what brought her the most joy: homes and design. She graduated from Century College with a degree in interior design, and she recently became a licensed real estate agent. Growing up, Ayden never thought she would be involved in the real estate industry. However, she understood that it would lead her to many unique and fun opportunities. Ayden had also watched people on HGTV use both real estate and their interior design talents at the same time, and she realized that the two skills can be used simultaneously to create gorgeous homes.

During the Spring Parade of Homes in 2021, Ayden was in search of a builder she could work with. After visiting several model homes, Ayden instantly fell in love with S&S. As she spoke to the owners, Danielle and Joe, Ayden felt welcomed and seen, and she knew that she wanted to work alongside them in their business. One of Ayden’s goals is to create homes that people will adore forever. People who wish to build new homes have their own ideas and dreams, and Ayden guarantees that each one is heard and received. As Ayden was speaking to the owners of Style & Structure, she knew that she had found a company where she could meet her goals and help people, all while having fun.

Style & Structure’s New Home Specialist, Ayden, grew up on a lake in Oakdale, Minnesota. Although in the real estate industry, Ayden has never moved. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and all three of her dogs. She also likes to go thrift shopping, watch crime documentaries, browse interior design stores, and travel in her free time. Ayden’s all-time favorite destination is Kauai, Hawaii, but Utah is a very close second. Ayden also truly adores her job. She loves design, hearing her clients’ ideas, and getting to take on new projects.
