Marketing Manager
As the Marketing & Design Specialist at Style & Structure, Heather spends most of her
day designing the marketing materials S&S uses. She creates print work like flyers, branded door mats, and cups (you can come see them at the new office building!). Along with creating marketing, Heather is passionate about working directly with customers and assisting them through our selection processes. With each selection the customer makes, Heather can help ensure that each element is a perfect fit for their home.
Heather has found that her favorite part of the job is the variety of people she gets to work with. She meets with people nearly every day, and she loves that everyone has a different personality. She also loves seeing people’s reactions to their finished homes, and seeing how every selection (Heather’s favorites are lights and plumbing fixtures) and decision comes together to create a beautiful and personalized home.
new construction & remodels
Heather is still fairly new to the new construction industry. Before joining the S&S team, Heather helped with transactional work at a real estate company. Heather has been working Style & Structure since October, 2020. She was originally introduced to S&S through Danielle’s husband, who owns a gym called Altius where Heather's kids train.
When marketing for new construction & remodels, it is fun working on content that will capture both audiences. It is important to make sure that we are communicating to potential customers to make sure they get enough information to make sure Style & Structure is the right fit for them as a builder. Heather is behind the scene creating content to do just that. The number one goal is to be transparent as a company, so there are no surprises to potential customers and communicate to our current customers so they know what is going out throughout the process.
Personal Interests
While she is not at selection meetings, Heather loves watching her two daughters’ athletics and seeing how they continue to grow and improve each year. Heather also enjoys exercising, and she wakes up at 5:00AM every single morning to workout before her work day begins. She likes to spend time with her dogs and family, cook, and collect wine. She even used to work at a winery in Napa!
Heather has been a huge blessing for the Style & Structure team! She always has a can-do attitude and therefore is always working on new, exciting projects we are working on.
