Operations & Selections Manager
At Style & Structure, customers begin with designing a floor plan for their new home or remodel. Once they have the layout for their home, they meet with Claire, our Operations & Selections Manager. Claire graduated from University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in interior design. She graduated at the end of the recession, when there was a lull in the housing industry. However, Claire knew that she wanted to be involved in building one way or another, so she accepted an office-position to get her foot in the door. Since then, Claire has managed warranties and quality-control, so she understands how houses come together and are built. With this knowledge, Claire can help customers choose selections that are both beautiful and fully functioning.
Selections & Design
Now, with nearly ten years of experience in the building industry, Claire helps customers choose selections while they wait for their homes to be built. Between lighting or plumbing fixtures, tile, hardwood, countertops, and all of the other elements needed for a home, there are tons of decisions to be made. Claire guides people through each decision and offers support throughout the entire process. Soon, Claire will be able to meet with clients at Style & Structure’s design center in the new office building! While working on remodels, Claire is intentional about getting to know the customer’s existing space. She wants to learn their styles so she is able to match the new additions. Claire hopes that the existing space and the new ones will mesh seamlessly.
Claire had known Joe and Danielle, owners of S&S, from a previous job, and they reconnected during the Fall Parade of Homes. She has been an incredible addition to the team! Claire’s favorite part of the job is knowing that a person’s home is their safe space, and she is absolutely honored knowing that they are trusting her with their biggest investment.
personal interests
Outside of work, Claire loves spending time with her husband and 2 daughters. Along with family-time, Claire’s neighborhood is very close to one another, and she loves that her friends live so close. Claire also has a cabin up north, and her family loves being there. Claire is a wonderful part of our team. She is hard-working, passionate about making people’s visions come to life, and she has great style tips!
